Terms & Policies

BOOKINGS:

To ensure the privacy of all of our clients, we are by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins.

All new clients must book a consultation with one of our specialists to properly assess the area(s) of concern to determine a tailored treatment plan. A consultation fee is processed at the time of booking to reserve the time and date of your scheduled appointment. This fee is applied to the cost of your treatment, however it is non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted.

Scar Camouflage is a tailored treatment to individual needs, and pricing is non-transferable to other persons or areas of concerns. The fees presented at the time of your assessment are only applicable for 60 days and subject to change thereafter. The quote provided will be void, and subject to a full reassessment, if the area has undergone alternative treatment  which directly affected the consulted area of concern.

We do not provide pricing or estimates without a complete thorough assessment. Our service is a tailored treatment based on specific criteria associated with a personalized plan. To schedule your initial consultation or appointment, contact your nearest BHC location by email or phone.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

BHC is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen therefore we require 48 hours notice to make any adjustments.

All appointments are subject to a 48 hour cancellation notice. Failure to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $250.00 cancellation fee. No Shows are subject to a cancellation fee amounting the value of 50% of the scheduled service.

If you are running late for your scheduled appointment, you must notify us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

REFUNDS:

After undergoing the procedure there will be no full or partial refund for packages or individual treatments. Clients have one year from the date of purchase to complete packaged treatments at which any remaining procedures will no longer be valid. These areas cannot be transferred to other persons or areas of concerns.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Initial clients will complete a medical history form, it is the client’s responsibility to provide the accurate information required. If your medical condition changes throughout your treatment, it is your due diligence to notify the staff at the Basma Hameed Clinics and update your medical history form.
